Design Revision Rounds
Each revision cycle adds 4–12 hours to your timeline depending on the complexity of changes. Finalising your design before submitting the order is the single most effective way to shorten turnaround time.
Printing Method
Sublimation is the fastest — press time per mug is under 60 seconds. Laser engraving requires longer per-unit exposure time. UV DTF falls in between. For fastest delivery, choose sublimation on ceramic mugs.
Personalisation Complexity
Variable data printing (individual names on each mug) requires per-unit file preparation and careful batch tracking through production. Budget an additional 0.5–1 day for every 100 personalised units.
Festive Season Demand
October–December and January–March see 3–4x normal demand around Diwali, Christmas, and fiscal-year gifting cycles. Order 2–3 weeks earlier than your usual lead time during these windows.

Submit a print-ready file
AI or PDF with bleed lines, correct colour profiles (CMYK for sublimation). Eliminates the design preparation step entirely.
Approve the mockup immediately
The production clock only starts after written design approval. Same-day approval can save a full business day from your timeline.
Choose sublimation for ceramic mugs
Sub press cycle is under 60 seconds per mug. For a 200-unit order, that's 3–4 hours of press time vs. 6–8 hours for UV DTF.
Order above the next tier boundary
Orders right at tier boundaries (e.g., exactly 200 units) sometimes require a second press run setup. Ordering 210 units can actually be faster.
Avoid festive-season rush without advance notice
Contact us 3 weeks in advance for October–December orders. Production slots during peak season fill within 48 hours of opening.

Does production time include weekends?
Production timelines are in business days (Monday–Saturday). We run full production 6 days a week. Sunday is our maintenance day — production does not run on Sundays.
When does my production timeline actually start?
The timeline starts after two conditions are met: design approval (in writing) and advance payment confirmation. Both must be complete before a production slot is allocated.
Can you guarantee a delivery date?
We provide a dispatch date guarantee. Delivery date depends on your pin code and the courier's transit time. Bangalore orders dispatch same-day or next-day. Pan-India delivery typically adds 2–5 business days depending on destination.
What if I need 2,000 mugs in 5 days?
At 1,000+ mugs per day capacity, a 2,000-unit order running at full speed takes 2 days of press time. With QC and packaging, 5 days total is achievable on a Rush basis — contact us to confirm your specific window.
Does each design variation add production time?
A shared base mug with different printed designs requires separate press setups per design. Each additional design adds approximately 0.5 days. Combining more than 5 designs in a single order may extend timelines further.
Is same-day delivery possible in Bangalore?
Same-day delivery within Bangalore is possible for orders that are already in production or completed. We cannot print and deliver in the same day. Production-complete orders can be dispatched and delivered within Bangalore on the same day.
